Arts & Cultural Development

Clarence Valley Council supports arts and cultural development in the region through Council generated activities such as the annual Plunge Festival, and through working with key community and industry stakeholders such as Arts Northern Rivers. 

Arts Northern Rivers 

Clarence Regional Council is one of six Northern Rivers Council supporting Arts Northern Rivers (ANR), the peak arts organisation for the region. ANR delivers services and projects that foster artistic innovation and engagement with arts and cultural activity across the region.
