The $40,000 Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award (JADA) is Australia’s richest regional drawing award. Established in 1988, the award seeks to encourage and promote innovation and excellence in drawing while playing a vital role in fostering and documenting the Australian drawing practice. 

Open to Australian artists 18 years and over, the national award sponsored by Friends of The Grafton Gallery (FoGG), provides an opportunity for artists to further their arts practice and promotes contemporary drawing in the region and beyond.
