The Clarence Valley Photographs of John William Lindt

Established by an initial collection of 37 rare photographs gifted to the gallery by Sam and Janet Cullen and family in 2004. The images captured by Grafton photographer John William Lindt in his Prince Street studio and on location in the Clarence district in the late 19th century and are an important record of life from that period.
