RESIDENCY- Northern Rivers Artist Exchange

Grafton Regional Gallery and Arts Northern Rivers invite artists from across the Northern Rivers to apply for the Northern Rivers Artist Exchange Residency — a week-long creative stay in the Clarence Valley between July and November 2026, with accommodation, studio space and a stipend provided, artists can connect with local people, landscape and stories.

Art Prizes

Grafton Regional Gallery is home to the Jacaranda Acquisitive Drawing Award (JADA), Australia's richest regional drawing prize. The Gallery also hosts the Clarence Valley Indigenous Art Award (CVIAA), a springboard for Northern Rivers First Nations artists.

CREATIVE CLARENCE is an initiative of Grafton Regional Gallery aimed at providing opportunities for artists and creative practitioners living in the CLARENCE VALLEY.
