Join us at the Gallery for an afternoon all about oysters! Hear from Department of Primary Industries Fisheries team about oyster reefs, the historical loss of these habitats, and the restoration efforts underway. After the information, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and taste the Clarence Valley's famous oysters.
